Our business's pricing works on a simple system we've created that is fair to us and fair to you.

All pricing is variable and negotiable depending on the work being done.

• Standard hourly rate of pay per employee: $20

• Any and all items discussed for the job will be paid for by the customer. For example, gas to and from said customer, supplies such as but not limited to paint, nails, and wood.

• Not all jobs will require multiple employees, however, if a job requires 2 or more

employees, all employees on site will be working the entire PAID time.

• We will NOT assign multiple employees if the job does not deem it necessary. This is to

avoid any overpaying by the customer for work that an employee may or may not do

because the task is already being fulfilled by a single employee.

• Any and all work done by an employee is subject to full refund or discount if:

The service is not completed in full.

The service does not meet the customers satisfaction (Determined by Handyland)

The service is not completed in a timely manner (Determined by quote/Handyland)

• Handyland has zero tolerance for slacking. During/after any service the customer may

contact Handyland Support to report this behavior.
